The new approaches to problem of polymorbidity

    Get PDF
High prevalence of polymorbidity in outpatient therapeutic practice calls for improvement of diagnostic approaches, in particular, the development of methods for its measurement and using the results for optimization the number of medical, rehabilitation, expert and prevention processes. The methodology of integrated evaluation of polymorbidity based on the principles of polyparametric analysis allows to stratify degree polymorbidity and significantly optimize the program of clinical supervision, treatment (including - assessing pharmacological load), prevention, rehabilitation, sanatorium selection, predicting the course and outcome of diseases, perform express-analysis of the degree of disability, cardiovascular risk in complex diagnostic and treatment intervention

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>The natural habitat of wild <it>P. ginseng </it>is currently found only in the Russian Primorye and the populations are extremely exhausted and require restoration. Analysis of the genetic diversity and population structure of an endangered species is a prerequisite for conservation. The present study aims to investigate the patterns and levels of genetic polymorphism and population structures of wild <it>P. ginseng </it>with the AFLP method to (1) estimate the level of genetic diversity in the <it>P. ginseng </it>populations in the Russian Primorsky Krai, (2) calculate the distribution of variability within a population and among populations and (3) examine the genetic relationship between the populations.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>Genetic variability and population structure of ten <it>P. ginseng </it>populations were investigated with Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism (AFLP) markers. The genetic relationships among <it>P. ginseng </it>plants and populations were delineated.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>The mean genetic variability within populations was high. The mean level of polymorphisms was 55.68% at the population level and 99.65% at the species level. The Shannon's index ranged between 0.1602 and 0.3222 with an average of 0.2626 at the population level and 0.3967 at the species level. The analysis of molecular variances (AMOVA) showed a significant population structure in <it>P. ginseng</it>. The partition of genetic diversity with AMOVA suggested that the majority of the genetic variation (64.5%) was within populations of <it>P. ginseng</it>. The inter-population variability was approximately 36% of the total variability. The genetic relationships among <it>P. ginseng </it>plants and populations were reconstructed by Minimum Spanning tree (MS-tree) on the basis of Euclidean distances with ARLEQUIN and NTSYS, respectively. The MS-trees suggest that the southern <it>Uss</it>, <it>Part </it>and <it>Nad </it>populations may have promoted <it>P. ginseng </it>distribution throughout the Russian Primorye.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>The <it>P. ginseng </it>populations in the Russian Primorye are significant in genetic diversity. The high variability demonstrates that the current genetic resources of <it>P. ginseng </it>populations have not been exposed to depletion.</p

Development of integration processes in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian regions

This paper is devoted on the methodology for assessing the development of extra- and intra-integration structures. This methodology consists of three levels of economic assessment of the agro-industrial sector: the regional level, the economic sector level, and the enterprise level. The agro-industrial complex of the Altai Republic has positive business dynamics due to the development of the livestock industry. Through assessing the business outlook for agro-industrial integration using the three levels, it has been determined that the livestock industry has the greatest potential for creating large integrated structures in the Altai Republic. The study justifies the need for creating an internal cluster (intra-cluster) in the maral deer breeding sphere of the Altai Republic, and an external cluster (extra-cluster) in the sphere of meat-and-dairy cattle breeding in the Altai Republic and the Altai Territory. The authors propose a ‘business-as-usual’ and a target scenario for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Republic until 2025. The target scenario reflects the effectiveness of the proposed measures for the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Republic. According to this scenario, the formation of intra-clusters and extra-clusters in 2025 will lead to an increase in total profits of the livestock industry enterprises under analysis by 451 million rubles and of budget allocations by 194.3 million rubles. The goal of this study is to develop theoretical and methodological guidelines for shaping and developing integrated structures in the agro-industrial complex.peer-reviewe

Nonperturbative Scaling Theory of Free Magnetic Moment Phases in Disordered Metals

The crossover between a free magnetic moment phase and a Kondo phase in low dimensional disordered metals with dilute magnetic impurities is studied. We perform a finite size scaling analysis of the distribution of the Kondo temperature as obtained from a numerical renormalization group calculation of the local magnetic susceptibility and from the solution of the self-consistent Nagaoka-Suhl equation. We find a sizable fraction of free (unscreened) magnetic moments when the exchange coupling falls below a disorder-dependent critical value JcJ_{\rm c}. Our numerical results show that between the free moment phase due to Anderson localization and the Kondo screened phase there is a phase where free moments occur due to the appearance of random local pseudogaps at the Fermi energy whose width and power scale with the elastic scattering rate 1/τ1/\tau.Comment: 4 pages, 6 figure

Observations of the flux of nuclei with an energy of IO MeV per nucleon on the Salyut-7 Station in September 1984 are presented. The observed flux is smaller by a factor of 50 than the flux detected in May, 1981

Detecting specific oscillatory regimes in the dynamics of erbium-doped fiber laser

A method for determining the oscillatory mode occurring in an erbiumdoped fiber laser with a modulated parameter is proposed. The method is based on using a continuous wavelet transform with a mother Morlet wavelet and analyzing the energy of the wavelet spectrum that corresponds to the relevant range of time scales

Today, human capital is one of the main factors in the formation of the knowledge economy, which is the highest stage in the development of an innovative, post-industrial economy. The development of intellectual and spiritual capabilities of a person, as well as the accumulation of human capital, which has a strong influence on the productivity and quality of labor, becomes one of the priorities for the future development of the state. This article discusses the development of human capital in the system of economic categories of labor.peer-reviewe
